Teresa Schrock Wagner

Managing Partner/President

Teresa has been a cornerstone of Woodwork for decades, bringing both deep industry knowledge and lifelong dedication to the company. She has served as Managing Partner and President for the past 10 years, guiding Woodwork with steady leadership and a long-term vision.

A graduate of Kansas State University in 1987, Teresa’s journey with Woodwork actually began much earlier. She started working for the company at just 10 years old, putting catalogs together for a penny a page. In 1997, she joined Woodwork full time in inside sales, later transitioning into outside sales and eventually moving into management—gaining hands-on experience at every level of the business along the way.

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband and their two grown children. She also loves traveling and golfing with friends whenever she gets the chance.

Jeff Schrock

Partner/Co-President

Jeff Schrock is Partner and Co-President of Woodwork Manufacturing & Supply and represents the continuation of a multi-generation family business rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and pride of ownership. With more than 35 years of experience in the architectural millwork and building materials industry, Jeff quite literally grew up in the business, beginning his career in the shop and learning every facet of operations—from manufacturing and logistics to sales and project execution.

In 2002, Jeff moved to Virginia and became an Owner/Partner of Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork, where he broadened his leadership experience and worked on large-scale, highly complex architectural millwork projects for some of America’s most prominent institutions, including completed work at the White House. That experience strengthened his perspective on quality, precision, and accountability at the highest levels of execution.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University and is an active member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI). Today, he blends time-tested values with forward-thinking leadership while continuing the legacy of a family business built to last. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys woodworking, skiing, going to auto races and car shows and spending time with his wife Pam and family.

Galen Redenbaugh

Director of Purchasing

As Director of Purchasing, Galen brings 44 years of professional experience, an educational background in Building Construction and Industrial Technology, along with a wood industry background beginning on the shop in 1985 and working up to draftsman, estimator, project manager and commercial project sales manager. In 2009, with his knowledge of the variety of products we offer, he took on the role of Purchasing. Today as Director of Purchasing, with Galen’s commitment to quality he works to build supplier relationships overseeing $3.4 million annual purchases, striving to improve quality by 3-5% and ensure we offer consistent products and services from our supplier partners. When not at work, Galen enjoys woodworking, furniture building, gardening, trout fishing, and most of all traveling with his family.

Troy Franz

Director of Sales

With over 30 years of experience in the building materials and millwork industry, Troy serves as Director of Sales at Woodwork Manufacturing with a deeply hands-on perspective. His background includes formal training in woodshop and building construction, followed by decades of real-world experience working directly with builders, contractors, and homeowners.

After 11 years at Stucky Lumber and 2 years at Star Lumber, he has spent the last 19 years helping customers navigate complex millwork and building material decisions at Woodwork, placing a strong emphasis on building long-term, trust-based relationships. He is especially passionate about collaborating with homeowners—taking inspiration photos and ideas and turning them into thoughtfully designed, functional solutions.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling for his son’s baseball, and unwinding at Table Rock Lake.

Chelsea Janzen

Controller

Chelsea Janzen brings over six years of combined experience in office and administrative management, supporting daily operations with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management) from Oklahoma State University in 2015 and most recently completed an accounting course at Hutchinson Community College with a 4.0 GPA, reflecting her commitment to continued learning and professional growth.

In her role at Woodwork Manufacturing & Supply, Chelsea supports accounting and administrative functions that help keep internal processes running smoothly and efficiently. With a strong foundation in business management and hands-on operational experience, she is committed to providing reliable support, maintaining organized systems, and contributing to effective cross-department collaboration.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family and challenging herself to grow both professionally and personally.

Brian Davison

Director of Operations

Brian Davison started working at Woodwork manufacturing in 2013 through a temp agency in the prefinish department. Over the years Brian has applied himself and put forth the effort on learning all he can on every aspect of the company. Brian has a mindset of “always keep learning”, which has helped moving up the ranks. He has worked in every department and is a very hands on person.

In 2022 Brian joined the management team and has since been helping to improve the business. Today he takes on the roll, Director of Operations overseeing all the day to day parts of the business from deliveries, equipment maintenance, safety, welding, shop orders, quality control, inventory, and so many more.

In Brians free time he enjoys long walks on the beach with a cold beverage and playing horseshoes.
